These 4" cuffs have double 1" roller buckling straps to make it easier to get a nice, snug fit. 

This is important since you'll be adding lots of  & hardware attachments to the 2 loop & rings and 4 "D" rings that are on each cuff! What couldn't you do with these serious cuffs? Totally controlling. (I love it!)
